Students will be able to generally understand woven fabrics. Finally, students will learn to be consistent in stitch quality and seam allowance, be familiar with how to handle fabric while constructing a garment, and be able to use sewing and fabric vocabulary. There will be approximately four sewing projects to complete during the class with the possibility of more depending on the pace of the sessions.
Please note that supplies are not included in the price of the course. You are responsible for bringing your own sewing machine and supplies. Please make sure your sewing machine is in working order, since we do not have machines for rent.
